QUALIFICATIONS – SERVICE ADVISOR
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Automotive, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service, technical service, tire industry, automotive industry, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Willing to perform regular customer visits and field activities
- Understand tire usage, tire maintenance, and basic product knowledge is an advantage
- Able to identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Detail-oriented and capable of preparing accurate reports and documentation
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel for business purposes
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
