QUALIFICATIONS – SERVICE ADVISOR ( SALES )
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Automotive, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service, technical service, tire industry, automotive industry, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Willing to perform regular customer visits and field activities.
- Understand tire usage, tire maintenance, and basic product knowledge is an advantage.
- Able to identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented and capable of preparing accurate reports and documentation.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel for business purposes.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
