Job description for Service Admin Assistant - $2300-$2800 - Alt Sat - Automotive at Uni Recruit (singapore) Pte Ltd
- Basic $2300-$2800
- Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6.00pm / Sat: 8.30am to 11.30am
- AWS + VB
- Central Working Area
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Repair Orders are collated and invoiced
- Compile and maintain weekly reports of Service Operation
- Control of Petty Cash and raise Petty Cash document for medical, taxi claims, cashcards, and workshop general expenses
- Monthly coordination on inter-location road side assistance status for all centres invoicing
- Weekly coordination for Creditors, Debtors, Work In Progress status.
- Periodic documentation for Service Warranty status and Payroll related documentations
- Goodwill Reimbursement for customer after BMWA Credit Note approval
- Control and purchases of stationery items.
- Raise Contractor Purchase Order for sub-contractor jobs include compilation of sub-contractor bill with verification and coordination with finance / other service center departments
- Perform stock-take on Repair Orders
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in automotive industry
- Min. Diploma in Business administration or relevant
- A team player
- Proactive and independent with positive attitude
- Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
