We are looking for a friendly, ethusiastic and customer-oriented Server to join our team!
You will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing excellent customer service, assistng guests with their orders and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

What You Will Do
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options
- Take customer orders accurately and efficienctly
- Recommend food and beverages based on guest preferences
- Serve food and drinks according to company standards
- Communicate effectively with local and international guests
- Ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience
- Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness a organization of the dining area
- Set up and reset tables before and after service
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar and cashie teams to ensure smooth operations
- Follow company SOPs, service standards and hygiene regulations
What We Are Looking For
- Good English communication skills
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive and customer-oriented personality
- Well-presented, responsible and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills
