The role of Server at State Cafe & Brasserie involves providing attentive and friendly service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and ensuring a positive overall experience for all guests. Servers are also expected to interact with the restaurant reception, assist with special requests, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the values of our establishment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in Chinese, Western, barbecue, or restaurant reception settings is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively, and demonstrate a genuine passion for working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
