Server

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, serving food, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all our patrons. You will play a key role in maintaining our bar's reputation for excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.

Work hour:

From 3:30 p.m until 1 a.m.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests, present food and drink menus, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the bartender as needed.
• Serve beverages promptly and efficiently to customers.
• Clear and clean tables, and assist with general upkeep throughout shifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar tops, tables, and serving stations.
• Assist in restocking bar supplies when necessary (e.g., glassware, napkins, garnishes).
• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of common alcoholic beverages and cocktail basics is a plus.
