Job Description :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate with customers in English when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Follow restaurant SOP, hygiene, and service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a restaurant or F&B industry.
• Able to communicate in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, service-oriented, and well-groomed.
