WE ARE HIRING – SERVER / CASHIER
We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented, and professional Server/Cashier to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly, and excellent service to customers.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure food and beverages are delivered according to their orders.
- Explain menu items, products, and promotions to customers.
- Perform effective upselling to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the work area.
- Maintain a professional appearance, good grooming, and a positive attitude at all times.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining service quality.
Requirements
- Good command of English is a must.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably as a Server or Cashier.
- Excellent knowledge of menu items and products.
- Good understanding of workplace hygiene and food safety standards.
- Strong commitment, responsible, polite, honest, and customer-oriented.
- Able to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
- Experience working in a high-end/upscale restaurant is highly preferred.
