We also work heavily on AI search visibility, including AI SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), so our clients stay visible across both traditional search and AI answer experiences.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior SEO Specialist to own day-to-day SEO delivery across client accounts. You'll plan and execute SEO work end-to-end: auditing, prioritizing, coordinating implementation, and reporting. The role spans Core SEO, AI SEO, and Local SEO.
Responsibilities
- Build SEO roadmaps and prioritize work based on client business goals
- Run technical, on-page, and content audits, and translate findings into action plans
- Conduct keyword research and map keywords to pages
- Execute on-page SEO (titles, headings, internal links, schema) and prioritize technical fixes (crawl, index, site performance)
- Coordinate implementation in CMS platforms (WordPress, Ghost, Framer) and with developers
- Support content planning through briefs and reviews, and manage link-building initiatives
- Apply AI SEO, GEO, and AEO tactics to grow visibility in AI-driven and answer-style search experiences
- Optimize Google Business Profile and other Local SEO assets for relevant clients
- Track results, report insights, and communicate progress with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of SEO experience in an agency or in-house role
- Strong fundamentals in technical SEO, on-page SEO, content strategy, and link-building
- Hands-on with GSC, GA4, and Ahrefs (or Semrush)
- Comfortable working in common CMS platforms (WordPress at minimum)
- Local SEO experience, including Google Business Profile management
- Working understanding of AI search and how content surfaces in AI answers
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear next steps
- English and Bahasa Indonesia for day-to-day work (tools, documentation, stakeholders)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, or ability to work with developers on SEO changes
