SEO Specialist identifies strategies, techniques, and tactics to improve our brand presence, increase website traffic, and help us to drive high-quality leads through search engine queries across the US and Indonesia.
Job Descriptions
Managing all SEO aspects, such as technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO, to improve our presence in the search engine and help our lead-generation effort across regions
Propose, allocate, and manage SEO spending according to the approved budget
Optimize strategies based on performance analysis (data-driven decision)
Provide an insightful report for our brand awareness and lead-generation effort across regions through search engine
Work closely with the other team members or cross-departments to align digital marketing campaigns with other ongoing initiatives
Qualification
3+ years of experience handling technical, on-page, and off-page SEO tasks
Has experience in writing or managing content for webpages that are tailored for the target audience
Able to use SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
Has experience developing landing pages using WordPress and understands basic HTML
Comfortable with writing, speaking, and presenting in English
Exceptional quantitative/analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectives
Proficient project management skills
Experience in B2B businesses is a plus
Willing to relocate to Surabaya
