Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search ranking and maximise ROI.
Have knowledge of web development skills to create new webpages for our corporate sites.
Use SEO tools and conduct competitive research to discover optimal keywords which are appropriate for our business, and identify quality outreach link-building opportunities.
Oversee SEO campaigns which include technical auditing, onsite implementation, link outreach and content development.
Conduct regular SEO audits and fix technical website issues that might affect search rankings (e.g. slow page load speeds, page crawl errors, and duplicate content).
Format reports and provide top-line insights for ongoing performance reviews.
Analyse backlinks and competitor sites to identify outdated links, error 404s, incorrect redirects, or opportunities for improvement. Also, to replace outdated or dropped off links.
Understand metrics and KPIs and continually suggest optimisations to improve performance.
Plan and oversee website architecture and restructuring of page hierarchy where necessary.
Measure SEO metrics such as organic traffic, ranking positions, domain authority, conversion rates, engagement etc, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, new SEO tools and best practices.
Requirement:
At least 3 years' experience of successful SEO campaigns, with knowledge of SEM.
Has track record of SEO campaign in a B2B setting, particularly in lead generation.
Knowledge of SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, AHREFS, SimilarWeb and SEMrush.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding and Wordpress for webpage creation.
Solid knowledge of search engine spider, crawl and indexing processes. Also understands the importance of XML sitemaps, robots.txt files and status code error fixes.
Good understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console metrics.
Able to produce high quality work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
