Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and analyze SEO trends to support content and performance goals.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify keyword gaps, backlink opportunities, and strategic insights.
- Optimize website pages, blog content, and landing pages for on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, URL structure, etc.).
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting crawlability, site speed, indexing, and mobile usability.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Assist in developing and executing backlink strategies.
- Collaborate with content writers and web developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Track and report SEO performance regularly (keyword rankings, traffic, click-through rates).
- Publish and update content across various sections of the website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Make monthly reports for the clients.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
- Experience conducting keyword research and competitor analysis
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO and basic technical SEO concepts
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Basic knowledge of how content, UX, and site structure impact SEO
- Comfortable using CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a bonus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail, a learning mindset, and good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
