As our SEO/SEM Specialist, you will not only work inside the Digital Marketing team, but also with various teams (product, business development, people, customer success) to align digital marketing strategies. Your personal goal as SEO/SEM Specialist is to increase qualified leads per month by year end from inbound channels.
Our team has been very small and we are looking for an experienced SEO/SEM Specialist who shares the same vision (and how to get there), can work independently without constant supervision, looking forward to venture into areas other than your specialty, and growing and managing a team.
You will work in cross-functional teams and meet great people regularly from diverse backgrounds. We work in an open environment where there are no boundaries or power distance. Everyone is encouraged to speak their mind, propose ideas, influence others, and continuously grow themselves.
Perform on-site content optimization in line with SEO best practices.
Manage and promote cross-functional tasks with members of the marketing, product, analytics, and development teams to ensure maximum impact of SEM.
Analyze online campaigns and website performances, produce regular reports, and propose recommendations to the team.
Handle search ads and display ads, including creating new campaigns and executing tests.
Plan & execute strategies to generate qualified leads and acquire new backlinks to boost our rankings on search engines.
Determine revenue forecasts and budgets to achieve targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends.
Bachelor’s Degree in reputable university from any major (Marketing, IT, Communication, and related fields would be a plus)
Min. 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B tech market
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Prior experience with using website analytics tools and generating marketing reports
Exceptional research and analytical skills
Data-driven, out-of-the box thinking, growth mindset, good communication skills
Have a passion in building and growing a team is preferred
