Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Executive to improve our clients' online visibility, drive quality leads, and maximise digital marketing performance. You will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies, managing Google Ads campaigns, analysing campaign performance, and supporting website optimisation through WordPress. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent copywriting skills, and a passion for staying ahead of the latest search marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies, including website structure planning, copywriting, blog article creation, and collaboration with the creative team to optimise content for search engines.
- Manage off-page and technical SEO initiatives by coordinating with developers on website hosting, domain management, WordPress updates, Google Search Console, and technical SEO improvements.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices, including optimisation of meta titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and on-page content to improve search rankings.
- Monitor keyword rankings, website performance, and organic traffic, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) best practices.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube (where applicable).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding optimisation, and campaign testing to maximise performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise ads based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to achieve client objectives and continuously improve campaign results.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and provide weekly or bi-weekly campaign updates with insights and recommendations.
Website & Content Management
- Perform minor website content updates and page edits using WordPress.
- Upload and optimise website content, blog articles, landing pages, and images following SEO best practices.
- Write SEO-friendly website copy, blog articles, and landing page content to improve organic visibility and user engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for optimisation and present actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Track KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Ads.
- Experience writing SEO-optimised website copy and blog articles.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, including content management and minor website edits.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
