Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations.
- Manage receiving, storage, inventory, and product distribution.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks.
- Monitor stock levels and implement FIFO/FEFO procedures.
- Coordinate timely deliveries to stores and other locations.
- Optimize warehouse space and logistics processes.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the warehouse and logistics team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety regulations.
- Control warehouse and logistics operating costs.
- Prepare regular operational and inventory reports.
- Analyze warehouse performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations within the F&B industry.
- Experience in the F&B, FMCG, or Retail industry is preferred.
- Good communication with english (speaking and writing)
- Good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Available to join immediately and to be placed at Daan Mogot, West Jakarta
