REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar F&B position.
Previous experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress or Captain is preferred.
Good knowledge of restaurant service standards, SOPs, and basic F&B products.
Skilled in order taking, serving, clearing, table setting, and guest handling.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Able to guide and support junior team members during daily operations.
Well-groomed, friendly, responsible, proactive, and guest-oriented.
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
