KISSA10, an Asian Fusion Bistro located in Batu Bolong, is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Waiter to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is confident in guest service, has strong leadership skills, and is able to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service from opening to closing.
- Provide excellent and personalized service to guests.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Assist in training and guiding Waiters and new team members.
- Ensure service standards, SOPs, and hygiene standards are consistently followed.
- Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, and Floor team.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area readiness.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented working environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST CURRENTLY BE DOMICILED IN BALI.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Waiter in a restaurant, bistro, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling.Good English communication skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in leading and supporting a service team.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
- Professional and positive attitude.
