Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during service
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure excellent guest experience
- Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and in shifts
- Fluent in English
- Well-groomed, energetic, and service-oriented
- Familiar with POS system and restaurant service standards
