We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Visual Designer to lead our brand visual development, marketing campaigns, and digital content across all customer touchpoints — from social media to boardroom presentations.
Job Description (Responsibilities)
- Lead the creation of visual content for social media, marketplace, and marketing campaigns
- Design key visuals and campaign concepts for product launches and brand initiatives
- Create presentation decks for internal stakeholders and the Board of Directors (BOD), including pitch decks and business reports
- Design product catalogs, packaging visuals, and promotional/sales materials
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints, aligned with Yoona's brand identity
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, Sales, and Digital teams
- Guide and review work from junior designers / design interns
- Direct simple video/motion content concepts (hands-on editing not mandatory, but concept direction expected)
Requirements (Qualifications)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or a related creative role
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (equivalent portfolio-proven experience also considered)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva; After Effects/Premiere is a plus
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory
- Experience creating presentation decks for business/executive audiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced FMCG / lifestyle / women's health brand environment
- Strong, relevant portfolio required (Behance / Google Drive / PDF)
- Prior experience mentoring or leading junior designers is a plus

- Full-time (Monday–Friday)
- Location: Jakarta (Hybrid working arrangement)
- Reports to: Management / BOD
