Senior UI/UX Designer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Plan and Implement new designs
2. Optimize existing user interface designs
3. Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
4. Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user centered solutions
5. Iterate designs based on feedback
6. Continuously optimize the experience
7. Research market trends and competitors, and propose innovative UI/UX solutions
8. Plan and design intuitive and attractive platforms UI
9. Backend management system UI
10. Establish clear and intuitive user experience flows
11. Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive flowcharts to support project requirement confirmation and meeting discussions

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
2. 3+ years experience as UI/UX Design or Web Designer in software/web technologies.
3. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
4. Strong aesthetic, conceptual, and design communication skills.
5. Highly skilled in visual design including UI, Icon, Illustration, and Prototyping across different platforms.
6. Working knowledge in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and similar applications
7. Good cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies.
9. Ability to discuss and explain design options
10. Detailed oriented.
11. Familiar with data visualization and process design
12. Experience in user research and interviews, able to leverage user insights to drive UX optimisation
