Senior UI / UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing intuitive digital interfaces that align with business goals and user needs. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, developing visual designs using industry-standard tools, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation. The ideal candidate will also provide design direction, review work from junior designers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and standards.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in UI/UX design is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital products. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and UX Design is essential.
