Senior Travel Designer
We are looking for a passionate and creative Travel Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing personalized travel itineraries, coordinating with suppliers and partners, and delivering exceptional travel experiences that reflect the unique interests and expectations of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design and prepare travel itineraries in Indonesia based on B2B and B2C client requests and requirements.
Select suitable destinations, hotels, activities, experiences, and transportation based on the client’s interests, budget, and travel style.
Check the feasibility, routing, logistics, and overall flow of proposed itineraries.
Conduct research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, hotels, activities, and travel products across Indonesia.
Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to develop, adjust, and finalize travel programs.
Ensure all proposed itineraries and travel information are accurate, practical, and aligned with company standards.
Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products and continuously identify new destinations, hotels, activities, and experiences to improve the travel offering.
Support the development and improvement of new and existing travel products and itineraries.
Perform other duties related to travel design and product development as assigned by the General Manager.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in tourism (DMC, inbound tour operator, or travel agency preferred).
Strong knowledge of Indonesian destinations and tourism products.
Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a strong advantage.
Strong organisational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in preparing quotations, itineraries, and supplier negotiations.
Tourplan experience is an advantage.
