Job Description
1. Candidate should have strong analytical
2. Able & Can Create not the ordinary tour Program
3. Managing individual and team performance to meet sales quotas (manage emails related to Tour, MICE groups and Leisure Groups inquiries to ensure that all leads are addressed).
4. Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract tour leisure and also MICE business
5. Increasing Sales Performance specially in Tour Division
6. Coordinate both with business partners Agents overseas and suppliers on booking arrangement and quotation
7. Working with airlines, hotels, tour operators to develop various plans and itineraries
8. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding service
9. Ability to think out of the box in creating and presenting new ideas and proposals
Requirements :
1. Minimum degree S1
2. Minimum 5 year experience in related field of travel industry
3. Good understanding of Inbound & Outbound Travel Agency
4. Advanced time management skills Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
5. Experience using Tour Plan is added advantage to manage the sales process and forecast sales
6. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
7. Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
8. Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
