Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Ticketing Staff (tour & travel) PT Bravo Persada Nusantara (Bravo Wisata)
Responsibilities:
• Have Good knowladge about ticketing system such as Galileo / Sabre
• Able Issuing / Reissued ticketing
• Able use Galileo / Sabre System
• Follow-up with airlines, vendors, supplier on open case
• Maintain high quality of service and timely execution
• Maintain good reporting
• Create market & Increase sales
Requirements:
• Male / Female Max 35 years
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the same field
• Background tourism high school or academy
• IATA certified (preferred)
• Operating for Galileo reservation system
• Familiar with IATA BSP report
• Have a good Management skill and customer service oriented
• Have a good relationship with airline operator
• Good command in English
Preference will be given to candidates who live in the Tangerang city area
