We are a Creative & Management Consulting firm. Currently, we are assisting one of our strategic corporate partners to find top-tier talent for this confidential position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement: Act as the ultimate technical authority in customer discussions, confidently presenting complex data center solutions and engaging with senior client stakeholders (such as CTOs and COOs).
- Design Leadership: Lead the internal design delivery team, taking charge of end-to-end system designs, detailed load calculations, technical route selection, and strategic budget proposals for bids and tenders.
- Subcontractor & Technical Governance: Direct and guide subcontractors to ensure the accurate production of detailed shop drawings, while maintaining strict technical accuracy, compliance, and quality control at the site.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring designs perfectly align with rigorous data center infrastructure standards.
- Global & Regional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-border internal teams to adapt infrastructure solutions for international and high-profile projects, particularly across the Asia-Pacific region.
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or higher in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience in data center design and solution deployment, covering both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales execution roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale data center infrastructure projects handling more than 500 racks.
- Full professional fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory for executive presentation, technical reporting, and client communication. (Mandarin proficiency is a major advantage).
- Deep technical command of critical data center systems, including large-scale electrical distribution, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), cooling architectures (HVAC), modular DC, and integration testing (TCCF).
- Thorough operational familiarity with international data center facility compliance, including Uptime Tier standards, TCCF, and ASHRAE guidelines.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Must possess strong resilience, high adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural corporate environments.
- Full-time, onsite presence (WFO - Work From Office) at our South Jakarta corporate facility, with flexibility for global and regional travel (specifically within the Asia-Pacific region)
