Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering IBM AIX in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of AIX system administration, including user management, file systems, process management, storage, and performance monitoring.
- Experience supporting mission-critical production systems with high availability requirements.
- Familiarity with banking application operations, incident management, and production support processes.
- Familiarity with enterprise scheduling, monitoring, and backup tools is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a regulated banking environment and participating in change, release, and problem management processes.
