- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Server & Operating Systems
- Linux and Windows Server installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- System monitoring, performance tuning, patch management, and system hardening.
- User and access management, server backup and recovery, and disaster recovery.
- Server services, resource management, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Virtualization & Cloud
- Proxmox VE installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Virtual machine deployment, resource allocation, clustering, and high availability.
- Virtualization backup, recovery, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, is an advantage.
- Experience in system transition, migration, and infrastructure implementation projects.
- Strong technical documentation and knowledge transfer skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.
- Possess a minimum of 3 relevant professional certifications in system administration, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, or related IT infrastructure fields.
- Preferred Certifications
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or equivalent.
- Proxmox or other virtualization-related certifications.
- Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud certifications.
- CDCP, CDCS, or other data center-related certifications.
- Ansible or Terraform certification or hands-on experience is an advantage.
