About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and proactive Senior Supply Chain Specialist to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will manage multi-warehouse inventory, lead production forecasting, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless fulfillment across all sales channels—especially major e-commerce marketplaces.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee shipments and maintain strong coordination with manufacturing partners/vendors, including managing special logistics for events.
* Monitor daily stock movements, manage multi-warehouse systems, lead stock takes (*stok opname*), and handle quality control, returns, or damaged goods.
* Analyze sales data to create weekly stock plans, production forecasts, and Production Requests for all brands, ensuring we are ready for peak sales seasons.
* Track and ensure high fulfillment accuracy across all sales channels while maintaining daily inbound/outbound and stock distribution reports.
* Support the optimization of operational systems and build/develop operational dashboards to improve team efficiency.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a strong preference for candidates from the FMCG or Consumer Goods industry.
* Deep, end-to-end understanding of supply chain flows: *Procurement ➔ Production ➔ Warehousing ➔ Fulfillment ➔ Distribution*.
* Proven experience managing multi-SKU and multi-warehouse inventory.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to read sales data, build stock forecasts, and manage production planning tools.
* Familiarity with inventory/ERP systems (e.g., Odoo or similar) and major e-commerce marketplace dashboards (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop.)
* Highly proficient in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)—advanced data skills are a huge plus.
* Prior experience in building or developing operational dashboards.
* Exceptional cross-team coordination, communicative, detail-oriented, and structured in operational problem-solving.
* Resilient and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, especially during *peak seasons*.
