Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience (public accounting experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
- Experienced in handling tax reporting, tax audits, financial closing, account reconciliation, and supporting internal and external audit processes.
- Having skills in managing Accounting & Tax systems
- Must understand the Coretax system well
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, and general ledger activities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure timely and accurate tax calculations, reporting, and filings
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Coordinate audits and manage tax-related matters with external parties and authorities
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and internal controls
- Lead, develop, and monitor the performance of the Accounting & Tax team
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related projects
