Primary Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Structure Engineer to lead structural engineering oversight on our high-end residential and hospitality projects. You will coordinate with consultants and intenal teams to ensure structural safety, durability, and integration with our architectural vision.
Responsibilities:
- Review and validate structural designs and consultant drawings.
- Supervise site structural works and ensure compliance with codes.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP, and contractors during execution.
- Lead structural value engineering to optimize design and cost.
- Conduct inspections and solve structural issues on-site
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in structural design and site coordination.
- Proficient in ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD.
- Excellent understanding of reinforced concrete & steel structures.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- IPTB/IPM certification preferred.
