Senior Structure Engineer

Primary Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Structure Engineer to lead structural engineering oversight on our high-end residential and hospitality projects. You will coordinate with consultants and intenal teams to ensure structural safety, durability, and integration with our architectural vision.

Responsibilities:

1. Review and validate structural designs and consultant drawings.
2. Supervise site structural works and ensure compliance with codes.
3. Collaborate with architects, MEP, and contractors during execution.
4. Lead structural value engineering to optimize design and cost.
5. Conduct inspections and solve structural issues on-site

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s a plus).
2. 8+ years of experience in structural design and site coordination.
3. Proficient in ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD.
4. Excellent understanding of reinforced concrete & steel structures.
5. Strong coordination and communication skills.
6. IPTB/IPM certification preferred.
