Qualifications;
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Strategic Communication, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Basic understanding of data analysis and data presentation.
5. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate findings into clear strategic insights.
6. Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple divisions and functions.
7. Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities;
1. Lead the development of strategic proposals and presentations for pitches and existing client needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate strategic proposals and solutions.
3. Analyze research findings and data to develop sharp, relevant, and actionable insights for both existing clients and pitch opportunities.
4. Work closely with the Data Team to develop and translate data-driven findings into meaningful reports.
5. Present strategic findings, insights, and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
