Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Software Engineer Adins Center Of Excellence
Requirement:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
2. Proven experience in a senior or lead developer role
3. Proven track record in working on AI/ML projects, or has strong interest in AI/ML
4. Proficient in back-end technologies such as Python and Golang
5. Experience with .NET is a strong advantage
6. Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Flutter
7. Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
8. Familiar with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
9. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Willing to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements
Ability to mentor and guide team members
Scoop of Work:
1. Support / provide advice to other R&D engineer member in technical aspects.
2. Review other R&D engineer's work to ensure clean code and no-conflict after deployment.
3. Design high-level architecture for R&D PoC & long project.
Communicate with other stakeholders (ex. infra) to ensure the same understanding
4. Initiate & develop different technical strategy or approach for project improvement (ex. Langchain implementation to supersede.
5. Azure OpenAI in GenAI Project, SAHI method to improve accuracy level in detection system — this is unique skill also)
6. As back-end engineer, also conduct full cycle development (previously as full-stack, but now since already join several Front End engineer, now he focus on back-middle end and maintaining performance of overall application performance).
Willing to be placed at Pulomas, East Jakarta (Project Periode 6 - 12 Months)
