Bija Creative is a Bali-based premium creative agency specializing in social media, photography, videography, and digital marketing for hospitality, F&B, and lifestyle brands. Now in our 5th year, we manage ~20 active clients and are evolving toward a premium service model that prioritizes strategic depth alongside creative quality.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Social Media Strategist to lead strategic direction across our client portfolio. You'll own the strategic thinking behind our social media work — from monthly content planning to quarterly strategy decks — and elevate the work of our social media specialists.
This role reports directly to the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for premium client portfolio
- Review and elevate monthly content strategies (Strategic Planning Loops)
- Develop quarterly strategy decks and campaign narrative
- Mentor and guide social media specialists
- Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and trend analysis
- Lead strategic client conversations and present to stakeholders
- Translate performance metrics into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with creative production and ads teams on integrated campaigns
Must-Have Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in social media or creative agency (agency background preferred)
- Proven track record with premium hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brand
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and client communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Strategic mindset — able to tie creative work to business outcomes
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Understanding of paid social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) for ads team collaboration
- Existing network in Bali's hospitality or lifestyle industry
- Portfolio of strategy decks, case studies, or campaign documentation
What We Offer
- Base salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 7,500,000
- Semi-annual salary review (every 6 months, performance-based)
- Quarterly KPI-based performance bonus
