Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Social Media Specialist - Full WFH Niagahoster
- Develop social media strategy and planning for the company's official accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Spotify) to boost social media growth, aimed to increase Niagahoster’s brand awareness and sales leads.
- Brainstorming, collaborating, and coordinating with various functions within the marketing team in managing campaigns and achieving our objective as planned. While working closely with stakeholders from external teams (Product, Ops, etc) in cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with team social media to create engaging content through all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with team research and curate content strategy to increase brand awareness as well as content to catch social media opportunities & transform it to strategy and execute it.
- Managed, scheduling and oversaw social media content and channel ensuring excellence in every project and continuously improves by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
- Keep up to date with any social media trends and Identify social content and campaign opportunities that drive customer, value, branding, and communication through analytics tools, media, and other sources.
- Preparing weekly/quarter reports on social media marketing efforts and suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy and campaigns for optimal results.
- Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content.
- Digital savvy is a must
- A keen eye for a meaningful social media campaign and messaging
- 3+ years prior experience in handling social media account
- Advance skill, knowledge, and understanding of each social channel as platform, format, medium, tools
- Able to work individually with minimal supervision, while able to follow directions and eager to be collaborative in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in gaining insights/ data on social media analytics and monitoring tools, able to adjust/ improve/tweak on planning and operating based on the data shown
- An open-minded and flexible person - open to new ideas and new processes
- Ability to engage, connect and build an audience across multiple channels
- Any video/ photo visual skill is a big plus!
