We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist who is passionate about building meaningful brand narratives and creating engaging content that resonates with audiences. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, with a primary focus on Instagram, to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's brand positioning and business objectives
- Lead content planning and storytelling initiatives across social media channels, particularly Instagram
- Create compelling copy and content concepts that maintain a consistent brand voice and narrative
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content
- Manage content calendars and oversee content execution from ideation to publication
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to identify new opportunities
- Analyze content and campaign performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all social media touchpoints
- Support brand-building initiatives through creative campaigns and community engagement efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience managing social media for brands with strong storytelling, community engagement, and content-driven growth
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content strategy, copywriting, and brand-building capabilities
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep understanding of Instagram content strategy, audience growth, engagement, and platform best practices
- Experience in content planning, campaign development, and performance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a keen understanding of digital culture, trends, and audience behavior
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup, agency, or consumer-facing environment is preferred
