Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Site Manager Rentaved
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Senior Site Manager to take daily ownership of construction activities at Nuanu, Bali and act as the Project Manager’s key representative on site.
This is a highly site-focused role for someone who wants to be close to the work, drive actual progress and solve problems as they happen.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, contractors and site teams to keep construction moving and ensure delivery meets the required Programme, Quality and Safety standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and supervise daily construction activities on site.
- Coordinate multiple contractors, subcontractors and specialist installation teams working in parallel.
- Set daily priorities and 1–2 week look-ahead plans with the Project Manager.
- Control sequencing and interfaces between different trades.
- Check works against drawings, specifications and workmanship standards.
- Identify technical issues, clashes and constructability problems early and drive practical solutions.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, schedule and actual site progress.
- Lead QA/QC, inspections, snagging, defects and corrective works.
- Check incoming materials against approved specifications, quantities and quality.
- Enforce HSE requirements and site discipline.
- Keep the Project Manager informed of progress, risks and issues requiring action.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5–7+ years of practical construction/site experience.
- Strong Civil/Structural background with good Architectural and MEP coordination knowledge.
- Experience in Hotels, Hospitality, Luxury villas or complex fit-out projects is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to read drawings and identify construction errors, design conflicts, quality issues and constructability problems.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors, mandors and specialist teams simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of sequencing across Civil, Architectural, MEP, Façade, Waterproofing and Finishing works.
- Solid QA/QC, inspection, snagging and material acceptance experience.
- Practical understanding of HSE and site discipline.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction methods, materials, contractors and site practices.
- Bahasa Indonesia essential; working English required.
WORKING AT NUANU BALI
This is a role for someone who is practical, proactive and comfortable taking ownership on the ground.
You won't just monitor progress from a distance. You'll be expected to walk the site, spot problems, coordinate teams, make decisions and keep construction moving.
