SENIOR SHIPPING OFFICER

Requirement :

1. Communicate with principals / terminals / companies / port authorities.
2. Responsible for administration and documents of goods import activities.
3. Prepare documents for handling import shipments (CEISA, Import, AWB, B/L, CIPL, PPFTZ).
4. Monitor import activities according to schedule and appropriately.
5. Prepare reports on the realization of import activities.
6. Perform other shipping and logistics-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualification :

1. Prefer bachelor degree or diploma degree in any major.
2. Fluent in Mandarin.
3. 3 - 5 years of shipping experience.
4. Knowledge of ship agency management.
5. Placement in Kawasan Industri Kabil - Batam, so domicile in Batam would be much preferred.
