Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch service team to hit their individual and branch targets for student renewals, referrals, and active attendance.
- Supervise Service Consultant team to ensure daily service standards are met and resolve student complaints effectively.
- Organize branch events and activities to keep students engaged and happy with their learning experience.
- Track team performance and provide regular updates to the Branch Manager and Management.
- Work closely with the Sales and Academic teams to ensure smooth daily branch operations.
- Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven experience leading a team or supervising team to reach business targets.
- Preferably with minimum English intermediate level.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
