Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Test Promotion Specialist to manage and coordinate the testing policy, strategy, plan and execution of infrastructure and application across multiple test environments (e.g., Development, QA, UAT, Staging). The position requires strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, incl. regional/global counterparts.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Policy & Strategy: Define, promote, and execute global test plans (SIT & UAT) for large-scale projects based on initial requirements.
- Environment Management: Plan, provision, configure, and maintain ready-to-use test environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Staging) with infra teams.
- Deployment & Documentation: Prepare test cases/scenarios, track build versions, and ensure deployment history is traceable and auditable.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the main liaison between local, regional, and HQ stakeholders to align testing goals and schedules.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in English (written & spoken) for daily regional and global communication.
- Experience: 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in Environment Management, Release Management, or Quality Assurance for large-scale projects.
- Soft Skills: Strong coordination, analytical problem-solving, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure across multiple priorities.
