About the Job C CHANNEL Indonesia is a digital and influencer marketing agency that helps brands grow through creative campaigns, influencer collaborations, and data-driven digital marketing strategies. We’re looking for an experienced and client-focused Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building strong long-term relationships, and leading the development and execution of integrated digital and influencer marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, develop relevant campaign solutions, manage project delivery, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.If you’re confident in managing clients, leading campaigns, solving problems, and growing accounts, and enjoy working in a fast-paced agency environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an advertising, digital marketing, media, creative, or influencer marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing brand accounts and end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, KOL/influencer marketing, UGC, and branded content.
- Strong client relationship, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Able to understand client needs and develop relevant campaign solutions.
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing budgets, targets, and timelines.
- Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience handling mid-to-large brand accounts is a strong plus.
