Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing new business. Additional responsibilities will include monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to achieve revenue goals while maintaining the hotel's premium reputation.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a sales team.
Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation, with expertise in driving revenue growth.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Understanding of the hospitality industry, with knowledge of hotel sales operations being highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
