Skills:
*Fluently speaking in English ( More salary)
* Experience in B2B sales (preferably pigment, plastics, or chemical industry)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Able to understand technical product applications (or willing to learn)
* Organized and disciplined in reporting and record-keeping
* Target-oriented and self-motivated
* Willing to travel for customer visits
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / CRM systems
Job Specifications :
*Identify and understand each customer’s specific needs (technical and commercial)
* Visit customers regularly and maintain strong relationships
* Provide product recommendations based on application (e.g., plastics, footwear, compounds)
* Prepare and follow up on quotations, samples, and trials
* Record all customer interactions, orders, and feedback accurately
* Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly/annual targets
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing
* Coordinate with internal teams (production, warehouse, technical) to ensure smooth delivery
