Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Sales (Kalimantan) PT Mastratech Inonesia

Responsibilities:

  • Develop long term & harmonious relationships with the new customer as well as existing customer.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, then leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
  • Experience in creating long-term partnerships with procurements or maintenance departments in customers' factories.
  • Develop sales strategies for the assigned channel.
  • Develop and achieving annual objectives of volume, profit, and growth for the accounts within provided budget.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets, driving consistent revenue growth from active customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments (such as Product and Operations/Services) to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities for company expansion.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Technical / Business / Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably as an account manager or similar role.
  • Existing network in industries such as mining or oil & gas is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Strong sales planning and forecasting abilities.
  • Proficient in cold calling, customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented individual and team.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Having valid driving license.
