Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics or shipping industry.
- Good understanding of import–export procedures and related documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A team player with a proactive mindset, strong initiative, and results-oriented attitude.
- Able to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Achieve assigned sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Identify new potential customers and develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and manage customer visit schedules and submit customer visit reports to the Manager.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations for potential customers.
- Handle and coordinate customer communication and correspondence related to customer needs and inquiries.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and service delivery.
- Submit weekly reports on sales activities and customer pipelines.
