ABT Learning, an ISO 21001:2018 certified enterprise learning provider and Official Partner of Google Cloud & LearnWorlds, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive our growth across corporate and government sectors. We help businesses and government institutions thrive by providing innovative, customized learning solutions from White-Label LMS and learning video production to full-scale government training programs. What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify and secure new clients in both enterprise (B2B) and government (B2G) segments by actively prospecting, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals that meet or exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers including HR Directors, L&D Managers, C-level executives, and government procurement officials to become a trusted advisor for their learning and development needs.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client challenges and propose tailored learning solutions from ABT Learning's diverse portfolio, including Enterprise Learning Suite, White-Label LMS, Customized Learning Video, and Government Training Programs.
- Deliver compelling, value-driven presentations and lead complex negotiations including government procurement processes (e-Katalog, tender, LPSE) to secure favorable contracts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the EdTech and L&D market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B and/or B2G sales, with a proven track record of selling services or solutions to corporate clients and/or government institutions.
- Experience in the EdTech, training, SaaS, or corporate learning industry is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with government procurement mechanisms (e-Katalog, LPSE, tender) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You must be a persuasive, persistent, and strategic thinker who can engage confidently with both C-suite executives and government officials.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) is required, preferably in Business, Management, Marketing, or Communications.
- A highly motivated, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work both independently and collaboratively.
