About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales professional to join Terra Stericare, a leading healthcare and iradiation service company based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and expanding our market presence within the iradiation industry.
What you'll be doing
1. Actively engage with potential customers to identify their needs and introduce our range of high-quality healthcare products and iradiation services
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
3. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek new ones
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver compelling sales presentations
5. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our clients
6. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales department and the company
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients
3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
5. Passion for the healthcare and iradiation industry and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
