Job Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a high performing B2B sales professional with 5–7 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain solutions. If you know your way around international shipping, customs, and client management,..and you can close deals like a pro, let’s talk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage B2B client relationships, from cold outreach to closing and long-term account growth.
- Sell end-to-end freight forwarding solutions (air, sea and land) to a variety of industries.
- Identify new business opportunities, understand client logistics needs, and offer tailored freight solutions that optimise cost, time and reliability.
- Drive the entire sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, quoting, follow-ups, and final negotiations.
- Maintain strong communication with prospects and existing clients. Follow-ups and responsiveness are second nature to you.
- Stay current with logistics trends, market conditions and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal operations, customs, trucking and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Travel to meet clients, attend industry events and represent the company (must have a valid driver’s license).
What You Bring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.
- Deep understanding of import/export processes, INCOTERMS, shipping documentation, and global logistics.
- Proven ability to sell complex service solutions and build long term partnerships with clients.
- Persistent follow-up habits and a proactive approach to sales.
- Highly self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently.
