Job Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Development – Develop and implement a strong direct sales strategy to expand Chakr Innovation’s presence in Indonesia.
* Market Development – Identify and secure new business opportunities, particularly in industries requiring emission control solutions for diesel generators and heavy equipment.
* Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.
* Sales Cycle Management – Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation and initial contact to negotiations, closing deals, and payment collections.
* Training & Product Expertise – Provide clients with detailed training on Chakr Innovation’s products, technologies, and processes, ensuring alignment with ethical sales practices.
* Pipeline Development – Maintain a detailed sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and ensure consistent business growth.
* Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
