Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Sales Engineer - Mandarin PT Jinguan Electric Indonesia
As a Sales Engineer - Mandarin at PT JINGUAN ELECTRIC INDONESIA', you will play a key role in driving the company's sales efforts by providing technical expertise and solutions to support the business. In this full-time position based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, leveraging your strong technical background and language skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing:
Ensure activities are aligned with the SEA strategy and support business objectives, especially
Product sales,
Solution proposals, and
Tender responses.
Analyse customer requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Provide technical support guidance to customers throughout the sales process and cost the proposed solution.
Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase the company's products and services
Preparation commercial condition of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation
Seeking more potential customers to develop the business
understand and interpret customer specifications/tender documents;
submit bids in time to meet customer requirements.
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a sales engineer or a similar technical sales role, preferably within the electrical or industrial automation industry
Bachelor degree (or above) in Any mayor Electrical Engineering field (Preferred)
3+ years’ experience on sales project position
Technical skills in relevant area are critical. Commercial experience particularly related to tendering and sales
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and the ability to interpret technical specifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Fluency spoke and write in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
